From Interstate 40 and I-540 Interchange (Van Buren and Alma Area) Take Exit 7 from I-40 toward Van Buren on I-540W. Go 8.3 miles to Exit 8A in Fort Smith – Rogers Ave AR Hwy 22 West. Merge onto Rogers Ave. and go 2.3 miles to Greenwood Ave. Turn North onto Greenwood Ave (Walgreens on corner) and proceed to 2 blocks to 220 North Greenwood Ave.

From Downtown Fort Smith take Garrison Ave East to merge with Rogers Ave (AR Hwy 22 East) for 0.9 miles to the intersection of Rogers Ave and Greenwood Ave. Turn North onto Greenwood Ave (Walgreens on corner) and proceed to 2 blocks to 220 North Greenwood Ave.
